These terms govern the engagement of showgirl entertainment services provided by The Showgirls, part of THE EVNIA EFFECT LTD (Company number 14498350).
Enquiries & Bookings
All bookings begin with an enquiry via our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement and any required deposit have been received.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is quoted individually based on event date, location, number of performers, performance duration, and costume requirements. Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period given.
Performance Conditions
The client is responsible for providing a safe performance area, appropriate changing facilities, and any agreed technical requirements. We reserve the right to decline or modify performances if conditions are unsafe.
Intellectual Property
All costumes, choreography, branding, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of THE EVNIA EFFECT LTD. Photography and filming permissions must be agreed in advance.
Liability
The Showgirls carries public liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from performances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
